Hello my name is Fred Schafer and I am the owner/founder of Rise & Grind. I have been a small/medium business owner for 10 years. I started Rise & Grind in 2020 due to business hardships related to COVID-19. I have been a part of the Titusville and surrounding area community for all of my life. I knew that with hard work and great services, my community would respond and help me create this great business! My concept was to outwork my competition and to flat out do a better job than the rest. I heard many stories (including my personal experiences) where other stump grinders and clearing services would be late or never show up at all. Then when they got the job, they never really got all of the stump. Many times they would only grind down a few inches and tell the customer that is all that was needed. My philosophy is I complete every job as if I was doing it at my own home. I guarantee all of my work and will come back to fix it if you are not satisfied.
